Water-cooled aluminum foil sealing machine

The GS-6000 electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine is a newly developed product of our company with a dual cooling system. It is particularly suitable for use in various regions of China where continuous operation is required. It can automatically seal the bottle mouths of various containers. The material of the containers can be polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), polyester (PET), ABS, glass, ceramics, etc., but metal bottle bodies and bottle caps cannot be used.

This equipment is used in industries such as medicine, pesticides, food, petrochemicals, cosmetics and chemicals to seal the openings of containers with aluminum foil, in order to achieve the functions of sealing, anti-counterfeiting and anti-theft.

Key Configurations

This machine adopts advanced foreign technology and uses the latest generation of transistor power modules from the United States. The circuits and key components are all imported directly from the original source.

Working principle and structural features

This equipment consists of two parts: the main unit and the sensing head. The high-frequency pulse current generated by the oscillation source is amplified and shaped through feedback, and then drives the power module to output to the sensing head. When a metal aluminum foil approaches the sensing head, eddy currents are generated on the aluminum foil, causing it to heat up. The degree of heating is determined by the intensity of the eddy currents, the frequency, and the duration of the action. The entire machine is equipped with self-checking functions to detect power stability, overcurrent, overvoltage, and over-temperature control protection, as well as phase locking. The power can be adjusted, and the working condition can be displayed on the control panel for easy observation, operation, and adjustment. The cooling system adopts a dual water-cooling self-circulation system, which cools the sensing head and the power module separately.
